Tennille’s Suzuki Violin School recently returned from a tour to Hungary, Austria, and the Czech Republic. While there, they were able to participate in an exchange performance which proved to be a highlight of their trip. Tennille Taylor, director of the ensemble, had this to say about their experience:

The exchange performance with the Murzzuschlag Suzuki Program was a highlight of the trip…wish we had had a little more time in the little town to explore and spend more time with the kids and teachers. Many of my students believed this was the highlight of the trip…all the way across the world to meet other students that have studied and know all the very same pieces from memory. This would be a great addition to any Suzuki program touring Austria.

Along with the exchange, they also had the chance to perform in some incredible venues:

The concert in Karlskirche was UNBELIEVABLE. Students loved this and it was so professional and wonderful. Beautiful venue and lovely audience.

The recital in Haydnsaal was so meaningful and a wonderful conclusion to our time in Haydn’s town. So special. My highlight of the tour was Haydnsaal, and seeing my kiddos perform in such a special place.

What a great tour! Everyone enjoyed the trip so much. We will definitely be touring again with MCI!
