Plymouth 400 Instrumental Festival

Boston, Massachusetts | March 27  -30, 2020 Symphony Hall Music Celebrations International is pleased to present the Plymouth 400 Instrumental Festival taking place March 27 - 30, 2020 in partnership with the official Plymouth 400 Anniversary. Percy Grainger Wind Band Festival

Chicago, Illinois | April 3-4, 2020 Orchestra Hall at Symphony Center The tenth-annual Percy Grainger Wind Band Festival will feature four outstanding wind ensembles conducting featured, stand-alone performances of Percy Grainger and other select literature in a matinee performance in Chicago's Historic Orchestra Hall at Symphony Center. Sousa Band Festival

Washington, D.C. | March 13-15, 2020 John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts Music Celebrations International is pleased to present the fifth-annual John Philip Sousa Band Festival, an exclusive music event at the Concert Hall of Washington, D.C.'s John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. Four select concert bands will be featured in performance at this historic concert venue. The program will emphasize the life and influence of John Philip Sousa, "The March King," on the American Band movement. National Memorial Day Choral Festival

Beethoven 250 Choral Festival

Vienna, Austria | June 9-13, 2020 St. Stephen's Cathedral Music Celebrations International (MCI) would like to invite your choir to perform in the Beethoven 250 Choral Festival in Vienna as part of Beethoven’s 250th Birthday Celebration. The festival will take place June 9 - 13, 2020 under the artistic direction of Marc Foster, Music Department Chair and Director of Choral Activities at High Point University. Choirs will join together to sing en masse in Vienna’s historic St. Stephen’s Cathedral. All participating choirs are selected by application process through MCI.  

Festival Corale Internazionale di Roma

Rome, Italy | June 21-25, 2020 St. Peter's Basilica Basilica di Santa Maria sopra Minerva The Rome International Choral Festival is one of Rome's premier annual summer music events. The eleventh-annual festival will feature Mass participation at St. Peter's Basilica in the Vatican and a formal finale concert at Rome's famed Basilica di Santa Maria sopra Minerva. The festival chorus will include mixed-voice singers and choirs from across North America that will come together to rehearse and perform en masse. read more

Dublin Choral Festival

Dublin, Ireland | June 24 - 28, 2020 St. Patrick's Cathedral Facing the haunting outline of the majestic Wicklow Mountains, Ireland’s Fair City holds true to a 1,000-year Celtic heritage that inspires her music and artistry to this day. The Féile Córúil Dublin, or Dublin Choral Festival, will celebrate this great heritage of Celtic musical inspiration. The festival will feature mixed-voice choirs and individual singers from a variety of background joining together to sing en masse. Salzburg Choral Festival

Salzburg, Austria | June 24 - 28, 2020 Salzburg Dom The Salzburg Choral Festival, Jubilate Mozart!, will take place in Salzburg, Austria June 24 - 28, 2020. The festival will feature a large chorus consisting of mixed voice choirs from across North America. Three days of festival rehearsals, mingling side-by-side with singers from a variety of backgrounds will lead festival participants to a grand finale concert in the historic and stunning Salzburger Dom under the artistic direction of Dr. Eph Ehly. read more
