My wife and I recently accompanied our Southeastern Chorale on their European tour to Budapest, Vienna, and Prague. I am sending you this note to thank you for the outstanding job in which you, and all your associates connected with this trip, performed in such an expert and professional manner. With the exception of the unfortunate extended “layover” in Frankfurt on December 27th, this trip was so well conceived and executed that it may be one of the most fun and relaxing trips my wife and I have ever taken.
I have had many opportunities, as a college professor, to travel extensively over the years, but this was certainly one of the most pleasant I have ever taken. This was due to the well-planned itinerary, the expertise of our bus driver, and the exceptional manner with which our tour guide, Lana Stupolo, conducted her responsibilities throughout the duration of the trip. Tours, free time, and performance venues were appropriate and served to instill a calm and relaxed atmosphere, which can be difficult to achieve during extensive and complex travel schedules.
I would strongly recommend your company to any similar organization and hope that our Southeastern Choral will attempt future endeavors. You are to be congratulated and I certainly wish all of you and your organization the greatest success in the future.
