What is the Web Portal?
It is an online system with capabilities to link information, view documents for your tour, and stay connected with your group director and team at Music Celebrations International (MCI). It will allow us to provide you with an improved level of member services – and will update our log-in systems so you will be much more informed as we plan your tour!

What makes your site secure?
This portal uses modern connection encryption protocols, called TLS 1.2, that secures every interaction within the portal. This is indicated by the websites URL address starting with HTTPS, hypertext transfer protocol secure, as well as the lock icon that appears in the address bar.

To verify this security, you are able to click on the
symbol. This will then give you a message of “Connection Secure” and also give you the option to click “Learn more” for further security information.

Is uploading my passport safe?
Yes, all uploads made to the portal are done over the same TLS 1.2 encryption. As you will notice upon
uploading, passports are not viewable on the portal, therefore, keeping your private information secure.

Is making a payment safe on your website?
Yes, due to the TLS 1.2 encryption all credit card numbers and passwords are private when sent through our
site.

Do you store my credit card information?
The portal does not store any credit card or bank information that is entered. It is used only to process the
payment, and then deleted.
