“It was a GREAT trip! We are very pleased with the tour and appreciated MCI’s excellent ‘customer service’ we felt throughout the tour planning as well as on the trip. The bus was clean, driver was excellent, hotels were great, and the meals were wonderful. Our local Tour Manager was a gem, and the boys absolutely loved her. I thought she was wonderful, accommodating, insightful, helpful, and everything we could have wanted AND MORE. I can’t say enough wonderful things about her. We loved the Salzburg Choral Festival experience so much! Our concert in Vienna was wonderful! Magical! I loved the audience interaction at the end when our boys shook hands and signed programs. It was an enthusiastic local crowd, and an inspiring space. A woman in the audience hugged me at the end! That was a moment I will not forget.”
