The Skyline High School Choir of Ann Arbor, Michigan, recently returned from a week-long concert tour of Ireland, performing in Kilkenny, Galway, and Dublin. Their final concert at St. Fergal’s Church in Dublin was a benefit concert in support of the Alzheimer Association of County Wicklow, an organization dedicated to helping those living with the condition. The ensemble, under the direction of Lindsay CieChanski, was also joined by several local vocalists in a joint program. Organizers raised €1,000 for the County Wicklow Alzheimer’s Association, which included proceeds from tickets, donations and a raffle with several great prizes. News the event was further featured in a local newspaper the following day. We are thrilled for Skyline High School Choir’s fantastic accomplishment and their incredibly successful tour of Ireland, and hope to work with them on another tour in the future!
