MCI has worked tirelessly for the last six weeks to consult with clients and help them find solutions that might include cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, changing destinations or other options. By working swiftly, honestly, candidly and fairly with clients we have found solutions.  In this current atmosphere, we are all experiencing hardships, and we all suffer, but we are very proud of our ability to defend and negotiate for clients to the extent we have and the very positive results we are achieving.



In view of horror stories we hear from our clients about their colleagues’ frustrations with their different tour operators (lack of communication, understanding, and in some instances, downright predatory cancelation penalties), MCI is proud to advise that our clients have been complimentary, appreciative and very relieved with the fairness, understanding, and speed with which we have responded.  Consider a small sampling of comments from important clients:
