Shanghai World Expo Music Festival

In 2008, the World Expo Event Department accepted Music Celebrations to be the sole provider of 30 musical performing groups from North America to the Shanghai World Expo in 2010. Specially selected choirs, orchestras, concert bands and dance ensembles will perform in unique, specially-created venues before thousands of visitors from around the world.
Z. Randall Stroope Invitational Choral Festival

Music Celebrations is pleased to announce the inaugural Z. Randall Stroope Invitational Choral Festival in New York City. This festival, designed to feature compositions of America’s foremost composers, will bring together specially-invited choirs by the maestro himself from across North America to sing in the most exciting city in the western hemisphere.
Percy Grainger Wind Band Festival

The Percy Grainger Wind Band Festival will feature four outstanding wind ensembles conducting 30 – 40 minutes of stand-alone performances of Percy Grainger literature in an afternoon matinee performance in Chicago’s Historic Orchestra Hall. Each participating ensemble will also take part in a clinic with Col. Dennis Layendecker.
National Memorial Day Choral Festival

Pride. Sacrifice. Service. Come sing in honor of America's heroes from the American Revolution through Operation Iraqi Freedom, in the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts over Memorial Day Weekend under the artistic direction of Dr. Scott Buchanan. Not merely a festival for Washington, the National Memorial Day Choral Festival is an event for the entire country – a major event which seeks to draw the attention of Americans to the real meaning for the holiday.
Los Angeles Orchestra Festival

Music Celebrations is pleased to announce the formation of the Los Angeles Orchestra Festival. Four youth orchestras will be selected to be featured performers in Los Angeles’ Walt Disney Concert Hall.
National Community Concert Band Sousa Festival
Washington, D.C.

Featuring Artistic Director Col. Arnald Gabriel
This third annual band festival will include individual performances at the Rachel M. Schlesinger Concert Hall and Arts Center at Northern Virginia Community College in Alexandria, Virginia, then on the following day a massed performance by all the bands at the United States Air Force Memorial in Washington, D.C., as part of the festivities surrounding the 65th anniversary of the end of WWII. Participating bands will also have the opportunity to visit Historic Congressional Cemetery to lay a wreath and possibly perform one or two pieces at the graveside of John Philip Sousa, "The March King."
Windy City Youth Choral Festival

Music Celebrations is pleased to announce the Windy City Youth Choral Festival, June 23 – 27, 2010. Youth choirs (both treble and mixed youth voices) will be invited and selected based upon recommendation and/or audition tape. The Festival performance will take place in Chicago’s renowned Orchestra Hall.
Rome International Choral Festival

Music Celebrations is pleased to produce the second annual Festival Corale Internazionale di Roma under the direction of Dr. William Skoog. The Festival performance will take place in Rome’s historic S. Maria Sopra Minerva, located near the Pantheon. In addition to the Festival performance, the Festival Chorus will have the opportunity to participate and sing in a Mass at St. Peter’s Basilica in the Vatican.
Beijing International Women’s Choral Festival

Music Celebrations is pleased to produce the Beijing International Women’s Choral Festival, featuring solo performances of select Women’s Choirs from the U.S. and China in the famed Beijing Concert Hall, culminating in a festival chorus (combined groups) performing two selections together. The festival will be the featured highlight in the All-China China National Choral Directors Association Conference. In addition to the Festival performance, the women’s choirs will have the opportunity to tour other cities in China. One option is performing as part of the Shanghai World Expo Music Festival (May 1 – October 31).

Music Celebrations is pleased to produce the third annual Somerset International Children's Choral Festival, July 12 - 16, 2010. The festival performance will take place in Wells Cathedral, which has maintained a choral tradition virtually unbroken for over 800 years. Individual choirs will have the opportunity to be featured in the stunning Sherborne Abbey as they perform for the local residents. Children’s choirs from North America will join with English youth singers to make up an outstanding festival chorus of 300 singers.
36th International Congress of Pueri Cantores

Catholic youth choirs from around the world are invited to participate in rehearsals leading up to a grand participation in a New Year’s Papal Mass in the Vatican’s St. Peter’s Basilica on January 1st, 2011.
